FallSlawWe are off to a post IMFL party and watch the Raven’s game at the same time. Plus keep track of IMAZ peeps. Going thru my CSA stuff, here is what I’m bringing – a fall slaw. Ok, first I’m not the best at writing down recipes because I’m a dumper. I love to tweak recipes on the fly so getting exact measurements it tough but here goes.



1 Head of Cabbage Shredded
4 Apples Cored & Diced
4 Carrots Shredded and Petite Diced
1 Cup of Raisins
1 Cup of TJ Roasted and Salted Pepitas


1 Cup of Organic Mayo (more might be necessary to your taste)
2 Tbs Organic Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Spicy Brown Mustard
1 Cup Organic Raw Sugar
1 Tbs Parsley
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
Salt, Pepper, and Chipotle Powder to taste


Prep all dry ingredients in very large mixing bowl and stir after each ingredient. In another mixing bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients together adjusting for taste at the end. Mix wet ingredient into the large dry ingredients.
