Well, training for my 1/2 Ironman, I have been trying to figure out my caloric load I can take. Based on my research, the formula that I was given is Lean Muscle weight x 2 = # of calories / hr.

Hey here is the data I got from Dr. Michie from my test on Monday.
Lean Mass: 81% , 162.3 lbs
Fat Mass: 19% , 37.7 lbs
Total Body Water: 59%, 118.8 lbs
BMI: 25.6 kg/cm2
Intracellular H2O: 60%, 71.2 lbs
Extracellular H2O: 40%, 47.6 lbs
Lean/Fat: 4.3/1
Caloric Load: 2,687

That being said, it looks like my intake should be around 324 cal/hr. Time to start to train this!
