This just looks yummy!

Ingredients:
3 Tbs finely shredded carrot
3 Tbs mirin (sweet rice wine)
1/4 c minced peeled fresh ginger
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbs rice vinegar

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Store, covered, in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
